How it works
Three steps, no repeated disclosure
The path from profile to decision is short and legible, and it never asks you to explain your disability twice.
- 1
Build your profile once
Your skills, experience, certificates and accommodation needs are entered once and reused for every opportunity.
- 2
Apply yourself, or be nominated
Browse approved opportunities and apply directly, or the Wasl team nominates you for a suitable role you never applied to.
- 3
One clear employer decision
The employer assesses skills, location, certificates and accommodation fit, then accepts or declines plainly.
Two verified routes
Two routes, one candidacy record
The routes differ in origin and are identical in treatment: both reach the same record and the same decision.
I apply directly
You choose the opportunity and apply with your saved profile. No new form, no re-entry.
Wasl nominates me
The team reviews profiles and puts you forward for a fitting role. Consent stays yours.
One candidacy record
The origin stays on the record, but the decision and follow-up happen in one place for you and the employer.
Your name is not released before acceptance
You are assessed on skills, location, certificates and accommodation fit. Your name, phone and email are released only when an employer accepts you — enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
For employers
Qualified candidates, accommodations known up front
Profiles reach you once your opportunity is approved, and you answer one question per candidate: accept or decline, with an optional note.
- Candidates ready to hirePeople who have been through training and preparation — not a random stack of CVs.
- Accommodation clarity before the interviewYou know the accommodation needs early, so no candidacy dies over an unknown you could have solved.
- Aligned with your hiring targetsClear documentation of your contribution to Vision 2030 disability employment targets.
